FLYING FERRET #23, COVER

I really thought I wouldn't get time tonight to work on this, but HALLELUJAH I got to work on it and I got to upload it! Again, we're moving through territory I've had planned for a very long time! It's such a treat for me, and I hope it's a treat for you as well! So, here's "Major Fitt," I kind of paying a little homage to Jim Lee's "Deathblow," especially with that do-wrap! I like to combine characters with other characters just for kicks, and I've combined the Major with a little bit of Jesse Ventura (from his Predator days, mind you), and I've also created a background that will be a parody of G.I. Joe. I hope to use characters from this background in future Flying Ferret comics.

This is issue is especially fun because I asked some friends and my brother (who is also my friend, of course!) to create "failed" characters who will be training alongside Flying Ferret at Camp Brillo, and of course, they'll be integral to the plot, not just throwaways. I really do hope you like this. I'm eager to show it all to you---I just pray that I get some time to work on it! It has been so difficult, and part of the problem is my lack of motivation...no, not motivation.... my lack of energy! I can't explain it! I still don't know what's wrong with me even though the doc gave me a clean bill of health. It doesn't help that it's autumn now and I start to get moody, but it is also my more creative time of the year, so I look forward to that. Now, if I can just suck the energy off my kids!!!! Like a vampire!! Bwahahahaha!!
