In typical villain fashion, the Spamvar get away. Of course, one could argue that it was foolish of Mr. Superior to not get them first and then go rescue D.J., etc., but then one could argue that he knew D.J. was in trouble and needed his immediate attention. Of course, I only think of these things later, and for the moment, all I know, as a writer, that I want the Spamvar to get away for future stories. See how that works?
